- score system overhaul, new level results screen with overall grade, positive and negative statistics:
+the score screen will read your base score, highest combo, time taken, missed shots, how many times you were spotted and how many times you died.
your score will build on your base and combo, and will be subtracted based on the time taken and the negatives.
+the overall grade given will be balanced out more as the levels build, but high scores are fully achievable on all 3 levels.
- new loot crates, smash them to get ammo or a rare timed powerup
+crates will contain more in future to make them more diverse and worthwhile, for now they contain ammo or a powerup
- new explosive barrels, use them to take out enemies or just to see an explosion
+more of this type of stuff soon
- new weapon type
+added a shotgun weapon type, can be unlocked through red pickups in crates. if you find one you will get a set time and infinite ammo to use the weapon type, missed shots don't count when under timed pickup.
you can extend pickup time by finding another red pickup or collecting ammo, each ammo pickup increases the time by half a second.
- new visual effects
- new/tweaked sound effects
- corpses for map decor/lore (more on this soon)
- various small changes throughout
